I am a fifty year old man who has had some general problems with my neck and back. Whilst physiotherapy has helped acute problems when they arise, my program of yoga once or twice a week has reduced my lower back pain and increased my flexibility in a sustainable way. I also feel that men are often more reluctant to participate in yoga, men of any age, but particularly older men would benefit greatly from Mirtha's classes.
